There isn't a better present!

Today our bouncing baby boy is 7 months old.

I can't believe we have known about him for 5 months already! It also saddens me that he has spent the last five months not knowing that he has a mommy and a daddy who love him very much.
He doesn't even know we are coming...
But I promise baby, WE ARE COMING!!!
Soon...

Normally I buy him a little something each month on the 11th, but today was special.
I received a call this morning, letting me know that his puzzle had been framed and was ready to be picked up!
When the lady brought it out, I nearly lost my marbles...I'm sure she thought I was crazy, and she just might be right ;)
But finally seeing this beautiful puzzle complete, was nothing short of a miracle!
When we started this fundraiser, we had no idea if it would work.
But like you always do, you all stepped up! Bought pieces, and shared it! Before we knew it, we had reached the halfway mark! Then finally, completion!
Every time I run my hand over those precious names, I get the chills.

There are one thousand names on the back of this puzzle.
One thousand.
Incredible.
Speechless.

What a powerful message you have sent.

We will.
We will stand up for the fatherless.
We will defend the weak.
We will be His hands and feet.
We will care for the orphan.
We will love blindly.

I might be a little emotional these days, but I have learned so much over the last year about love, giving, sacrifice, and how much GOOD there still is in this world.
As many horrible things as I've heard and seen, I know there is still hope.
We LOVE because He first loved US!

From the bottom of my heart, thank you!

  5. This gives me such hope as I hold my own little Noah (born 4/20/12). We struggled to conceive, eventually finding our answer in IVF. While we are thankful for that option, we feel our next step will be to adopt to add to our family. Such little blessings all over the world in need of love! Congratulations!
